




The Fun Party Trivia Game Where Anything Can Happen!
Rules:
2 to 4 Players or 2 to 4 teams with an unlimited number on each team. Ages:21 and over.
Warning: Choking Hazard- Small parts. Not for children under 3 years.
Object: The object of this trivia game is to demonstrate one’s knowledge of Hip Hop Culture in the areas of Music, Movies, TV shows, Comedy, Sports, Fashion, Blogs and Social Media.
Game Contents: Hundreds of trivia questions, 4 VIP Cards,4 Freestyle/Beat Box Cards, 2 Skip Cards, 2 Backstage Pass Cards,2 Joker Cards, 1 Turn Up Menu, HIP HOP letter tiles, 1 sand timer and pair of dice.
Setup: Shuffle and place the deck face down in the center of the table where players cannot read questions or answers.
Place used trivia cards in a separate pile once a question has been asked.
if players/teams are playing based on one category only (refer to rule 1.) If players/teams are playing random
2.) the trivia card which has been dealt can be reused so long as no two players/teams are answering questions in the same category.
Should twoplayers/teams roll the dice and they both land on the
same category, only the first roller will answer that trivia. Place in a separate pile and the second player/team will be dealt a new card.
Should a wild card be drawn it will be used and player/team will resume game and continue to the next card.
The Turn Up Menu card remains on the table at all times. Players will refer to it throughout the game to choose their challenge.
The challenges are:
Dance, Sing, Drink and Who Dat? If playing as a team the entire team participates in the challenge. These are suggested dances, Song player(s)/teams will sing suggested t.v. show theme song or their own too.
Playing Order: Roll the numerical die to determine the playing order.
The individual or team that rolls the highest number plays first.
The second highest roller plays second.
The third highest roller plays third.
The fourth player with the lowest roll plays last. In the case of a tie, roll again.
Player/Team four pulls a card and reads to player/team 1.
Player/Team three pulls a card and reads to player/team 2.
Player/Team two pulls a card from deck and reads to player/team 3.
Player/Team one pulls a card from the deck and reads to player/team 4.
PLAYING THE GAME
1. Players/teams can choose one of the categories listed on the die and play the game solely in that category. The numerical die will only be rolled if a player/ team answers incorrectly. They will match the number listed within the Turn Up Menu card which are dance, sing, drink and who dat?. If the numerical die lands on an even number player(s) will either dance, sing or who dat? (impersonate anyone) If the die lands on an odd number player(s) will have a beverage of their choice.
2. Or play random where the pair of dice is rolled each category die roll determines the trivia that players/teams will answer and the numerical die represents different challenges listed on the Turn Up Menu card.
3. Each time player(s) team answers correctly they earn a letter title. First person/team to collect all six letters spelling H I P H O P wins!
4. Scoring these are the H I P H O P letters that players get for answering correctly all six letters and you win!

SCORING
Each time a player or team answers a trivia question correctly they earn a letter tile. The first person or team to earn all six letter tiles spelling the word H I P H O P wins the game.
Category Die
The Category Die determines the type of question you must answer:
- Old School refers to the years from 1970 – 1989.
- 90’s refers to the years 1990 – 1999.
- NuNu- pertains to music from 2020-recent.
1. Collab/Remix refers to artists who have done collaborations, remixes or have been featured together.
NuNu refers to the years 2020-2023.
2. Wild Out refers to movies, TV shows, comedies, sports, fashion, sneakers and social media. Do You allows you to choose the type of category.
3. The Do You category doesn’t require trivia as the player(s)/team will select the category of their choice.
4. The 30-second sand timer is used once a trivia question has been asked. The player(s)/teams have until the sand runs out to answer. The sand timer is also used to measure the length of time that player(s)/team will perform the challenge from the Turn Up Menu.The challenges are dance, sing, drink, and who that. The dance names and television show names are provided. Who that challenge gives player(s) teams an opportunity to act like anyone of their choice.
5. The wild cards override trivia cards and are used with the sand timer. If dealt the:
Freestyle Rap Card: Player(s)/teams will create a freestyle rap and use the sand timer.
6. When referring to challenge songs a popular TV show theme song suggestions are provided.
- Dance- Names of dances are suggested or do your own.
- Drink- A beverage of your choice.
- Sing- Television show theme songs.
